About Us

With over 25 years of experience in education, as a classroom teacher, middle school dean, head of school, director of professional development, and national and international conference presenter, I've had the privilege of working alongside students, educators, and leaders at every age and stage of their journey.

I'm Jennifer Rose, founder of The Seeking Brain, LLC, and I believe deeply that growth never has an expiration date. My work lives at the intersection of mindset, reflective practice, and joyful learning. Whether I'm on a keynote stage, in a professional development session, or in a classroom, my mission is always the same:  to empower curious minds to seek, reflect, and grow.

My background spans mathematics education, digital integration, SEL programming, DEIB facilitation, curriculum design, and AI integration across independent schools, national organizations like AMLE, and beyond. I've been a NJ finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching, a member of the National Teacher of the Year Selection Committee, and a presenter at national conferences, including ASCD, FETC, NCTM, and NJEA, and internationally at ELMLE.

But beyond the titles and the stages, I'm an educator and life-long learner at heart, someone who shows up every day believing that the right resource, the right conversation, or the right reflection prompt can change everything.
